Deletion of your AdMemo account and data

This page explains how to request deletion, which data we delete and which data may be retained temporarily.

Deletion is also possible outside the app

AdMemo offers account deletion in the app, but you can also request deletion by email.

Heb je een actief betaald abonnement? Zeg dat eerst op via de billingportal of vraag support om hulp. Daarna kan de accountverwijdering worden gestart.

Delete through the app

  1. Log in to your AdMemo account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Account and choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm deletion through the email you receive from us.

Deletion request by email

If you cannot log in, send a request from the email address of your AdMemo account.

Active subscription

An active paid subscription must be cancelled first.

Which data do we delete?

When deleting an account, we delete or anonymize data linked to your account.

Which data can we retain?

Some data may be retained longer when required, such as fiscal records for up to 7 years.

Processing time

We process account deletions as soon as possible and manual requests within 30 days.
