How AdMemo handles your data

Your admin is private. Here you can read in plain language what happens to your data, where it is stored and what we never do with it.

What happens when you record?

You tell AdMemo what you did. That recording is converted to text and then structured into a work order. The recording is deleted immediately after transcription for synchronous processing and automatically after processing for asynchronous processing.

Deepgram, Inc. handles transcription. Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Gemini API) extracts and structures the administrative data.

Where is your data stored?

Your stored data is on servers within the EU. AI processing may take place outside the EEA.

All communication uses TLS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized persons, and backups are stored encrypted.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

You can always stop

You can delete your account whenever you want, in the app or by email. After termination, you have 30 days to export the data you entered in AdMemo. It is then deleted, except where a statutory retention obligation applies.
